Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Oh Bambino Boutique 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item/items within 14 days of receiving. The items must be unused item, in its original packaging, with tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.

Simply contact us on @ohbambinoboutique@hotmail.com for how/where to return.

Please make a note of your tracking number when returning your parcel as we will not be responsible for lost parcels returned to us without Tracking Information.

We aim to credit your original payment method with 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: At the moment we cannot offer free returns and your postage fee will be deducted from your return when returning.

Damaged Items:

If you have received items which are damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for damaged items will only be accepted if the item is unworn/unwashed and still has tags attached.

Personalised items: 

All personalised items are excluded from our returns policy. If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation on your item please notify us and we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. You will not be charged for return postage and we will despatch a replacement.
